While the apartment was in a very convenient location—within walking distance of public transportation, shops, restaurants, and major attractions—there were several issues that impacted our stay.
Despite listing toilet paper and paper towels as included amenities, these were not provided. When we contacted the property about this, we were told to purchase them ourselves. Multiple attempts to follow up via message and phone call went unanswered, and the host was unresponsive to our concerns.
The bathroom required manually switching on the water heater to avoid cold showers, and the shower leaked onto the floor, as water did not remain contained. The towels provided were of low quality. Additionally, the fridge did not cool efficiently, and we had to use the freezer for drinks. The coffee maker also took quite a while to brew.
On the positive side, the apartment had a pleasant design, good closet space, reliable air conditioning in two rooms, and access to Netflix. Overall, the location and layout were great, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
