Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

Stayed with two friends and just loved this apartment. Perfectly appointed and everything we needed, stunning views and the most charming street and neighborhood. Would highly recommend and hope to return again!

The apartment was very nicely furnished, quiet and had a lovely balcony. Good layout, modern appliances and everything worked well. The loft worked. Better than several others in which we’ve stayed in Kolonaki-highly recommend this one. Good family choice.

Great Stay at Kolonaki

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The property was very clean and well maintained. The location is in a nice neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and a grocery 2 doors down. It was very convenient to many sites and easily fit our party of 6. Overall a great place in Athens!!!

Great place in Kolonaki

The flat was exactly as stated in the listing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great neighborhood as well. The only caution is if you are traveling with luggage I would not recommend taking the metro as it is an uphill climb to the flat with stairs in a few locations. After our arrival we opted for a private transfer to the airport and happy we did. Other than that, a great stay and would stay again.

Great, Quite Location

Great location and very quite neighborhood. Five minute walk (2 streets down and 1 street over) to restaurants, bars, and there is a small grocery store right next door. The VRBO was large with a GORGEOUS wrap around patio with a beautiful view. My complaints are just minor. I wish there was a microwave, more hangers (6 total), more ice cubes trays (only 1 mini one), clogged drain in one shower, and wash cloths would have been nice. Putting those silly things aside, this really is a great place to stay just for the roominess of the apartment, quite location, walking distance to food, etc, and fantastic outside area to have a glass of wine with lovely view. My family gives this a 5 star out of 5 stars.

Great apartment in lovely central area

We had some difficulties accessing the lock box although when we phoned for advice it was dealt with quickly. The lift is small and enclosed so not ideal if you are claustrophobic and the stairwell is very steep and very dark unlesd the lights switched on which is not obvious and should be highlighted for entry. The door key is also quirky although fine once you have the knack. Overall it would have been helpful to have been met or more specific instructions given as after long journey with children it was frustrating. The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped but the terraces could do with some smartening up as dead plants and broken planters were not as attractive as the photos. The views are spectacular though and we had several lovely sunset evenings as the Weather was clear. There a bit of noise from the wind and people enjoying themselves on the Friday night which could be expected on the sixth floor but did keep my son awake. The stairwell was fairly quiet otherwise though. The area is fantastic with very convenient shops and restaurants nearby and it is easily walkable to the centre of Athens. It is hilly with uneven pavements though so flat shoes are essential. We had a great time and would highly recommend but thought it would be helpful to point out the small issues above to help future guests.

Appartamento nuovo, attico spazioso e con ottima vista, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Vicino al centro , numerosi locali e minimarket sotto casa. Metro a circa 500 metri parzialmente in salita.
