I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a FYI it is not mobility challenged friendly. No Lyft. But seriously a great place to stay in the heart of Athens.

We encountered a minor issue with a travel arrangement, but the way the staff handled it made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, showing genuine care and professionalism. The room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. We also appreciated the modern security system — both the hotel entrance and our room were easily accessible but highly secure, thanks to updated technology that added peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, Nur Outline Aparthotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and commendable customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
