Cook and share meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, then rest easy in the comfortable bedroom and refresh in the sleek walk-in shower. Outside your door, the lively Pagrati neighborhood offers charming cafés, bakeries, and authentic tavernas. The National Garden, Panathenaic Stadium, Acropolis, and Plaka are all within easy reach for the perfect blend of local life and iconic sights.

The Neighborhood:

The best way to enjoy Exarchia is simply by walking. Wander down Zonara Street, where colorful street art, lively cafés, and little galleries capture the neighborhood’s creative spirit. A short climb up Strefi Hill gives you a beautiful view over the city before you head back down to the buzzing streets. If you’re coming in from elsewhere, Omonia Station is the easiest metro stop, with Victoria and Panepistimio also close by. You can also hop on a bus or trolleybus that drops you right at Exarchia Square, just steps from Zonara Street.



Getting Around:

Exarchia in Athens is easy to reach by metro through Omonia, Panepistimio, or Victoria stations, and buses and trolleys run along the main avenues nearby, with taxis available for quick trips. The neighborhood itself is compact, with narrow streets best explored on foot, allowing you to take in its cafés, bookshops, street art, and lively atmosphere. For a quieter break, Strefi Hill offers greenery and panoramic city views, making walking the most authentic way to get around and experience Exarchia’s character.



Other Things to Note:

In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID



To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these services.



Please be aware that there might be occasional renovation noise.

- During winter (October 1 – March 31), the quiet hours are 15:30–17:30 (afternoon) and 22:00–07:30 (night).

- This means that during these hours, we can expect that there will be no loud noises.
