Stylish hotel in the centre of Athens

Great location in thr heart of Monastiraki, close to all the main sights and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with quality local ingredients.

The location of this property is perfect - walking distance to a variety of restaurants and 20 minutes from the Acropolis. The hotel is very clean, the staff are lovely, and the breakfast is excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s quite noisy late at night on the weekends because of the central location. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

Overall, the hotel was great. Staff, room, cleanliness, breakfast excellent! BUT - this hotel is surrounded with bars and restaurants. So if you are looking for a good night’s sleep, this is not the place to stay. On Friday night, it felt like we were sleeping in a nightclub. Music blasting, ppl screaming, laughing, partying. No issue with ppl having fun. But even I with ear plugs, we could hear it all until 3:30AM. So beware!! You have been warned.

Room was modern scandi, very clean, pleasant air con, comfty bed and a nice getaway from the busy streets in Athens. We loved coming back to our room and relaxing in front of the tv with plenty of English channels before heading back out to enjoy the nightlife. Also, great location!

This is a great place- all the staff are friendly and ready to assist you with whatever you need. The hotel is cozy and located close to everything or at least within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this place!

Very expensive hotel, and we were not able to slee

The hotel was located very well in Athens. It was walking distance to everything. Unfortunately the reception desk the people were very rude and not very kind. They were always seeming very aggravated and overworked. They were not helpful at all and made her stay very uncomfortable. We booked a room that was over $600 a night and they put us on the first floor in a suite overlooking all of the restaurants and bars. We never got any sleep. Don’t book this hotel if that’s what you want it was terrible. The people in the breakfast room very kind and very nice and breakfast was very good.

Wow! this property is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a suite with direct views of the Acropolis, and photos truly don’t capture how incredible it is in person. I would come back to Athens just to stay here again. The hotel’s design is beautifully curated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was another highlight. Fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The location is unbeatable, especially if you’re in Athens for just a few nights, as it’s very central and convenient. A couple of things to note: you will hear the nearby church bells in the morning (which can actually feel quite charming), and there’s some noise from the plaza, though the soundproofing is excellent. I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, this is a 10/10 stay that I’d recommend even to my most particular travel friends. I’d love to return...next time without my 2-year-old in tow!

Is my second time in two years when I’m staying at this property and I just love the entire concept and the stuff it’s amazing is clean The AC is working love the shower. The was our 2nd time staying at The Perianth, and we were just as delighted with the property and service! The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff is delightful. The location is a perfect mix of tourists and locals, and is right were you want to stay in Athens. We will definitely be back again!
