Phaedrus Living: City Center Koukaki Flat

City Center Koukaki Flat, situated on the second floor, occupies a serene location within a pleasant and tranquil neighborhood, mere steps away from Syngrou Avenue. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a modest corridor that gracefully separates the various rooms. To the right lies the entrance to the spacious open-plan living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table accommodating six individuals. The seating area boasts a plush couch, a 43” smart TV, seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout, a balcony offering delightful city vistas, and outdoor furnishings for added comfort.

Returning to the corridor, two additional doors await exploration. On the left side, guests will find the two bedrooms; the first bedroom showcases a double bed adorned with a smart TV and grants access to the balcony, conveniently linked with the living space. The second room is furnished with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating two guests. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower for added convenience.

Ideally situated in the coveted Athenian neighborhood of Koukaki, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the local allure, featuring exceptional dining venues and historic landmarks. The renowned Acropolis and vibrant Plaka district are within easy reach, allowing for leisurely exploration. Moreover, convenient access to public transportation facilitates further exploration of Athens` rich cultural tapestry.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
