I highly recommend this booking. The host was perfect. The spot was close to everything but not too close that you felt suffocated. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. You have everything there that you need. Full kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. It was perfect for the girls weekend and it has plenty of space. I will most definitely be booking again!!! The home is perfect. Great price for location!

The house was easy to find and walkable to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and Georgia World Congress Center. The instructions were simple and clear. The house was very clean, organized, welcoming and cozy. We loved all the towels available for us. The previous renters left behind condiments and food such as coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. left behind which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Property is very clean. The location is quite convenient to downtown Atlanta's Georgia Aquarium and other attractions. The host answered any questions that we had. The area was quiet and peaceful. If we had a complaint it would be that the street lights were very bright and there were no curtains to block the light, especially in the front bedroom.

Nice house but HOT check in and no check out instructions

This house is very cute. The grass was in serious need of being cut. We had to park over in the grass bc other reviews said it was a shared driveway and we needed to be over so getting out in calf deep grass was unpleasant. Couldn’t have used the back yard because it was way overgrown. House was clean. Living room was a tight squeeze if all 6 of us had wanted to sit in there. Bedrooms at the back of the house need nightstands/tables/dressers. Beds are very firm but slept ok. Kitchen is well stocked. The biggest issue I had was that when we arrived for check in, it was 79 degrees in the house. It took about 12 hours for the AC to get back down to 72 once we set it. It was miserable unpacking and sleeping the first night. I also messaged the owner the night before we checked out asking about check out instructions. I’m had not received any by email and there were non listed in the check out section in the app. Owner did not respond until around 2pm the next day, well after the time we had to check out by. It is a roomy and clean house. And convenient to lots of places of attraction in Atlanta.

Nice location, roomy house. The shared parking can be frustrating as the neighbors had 3-4 cars and blocked access for vehicle. The water pressure is really bad in the master suite, dont expect hot water. Check in and out was easy, clean house. When you arrive you will need to adjust the temp as they leave it high and in the southern heat its an oven as you walk in. Would visit again though.

Great nearby location to Stadium and Aquarium

This property met all of my family's needs, ages ranged from 4-mid 40s. It was clean, very large and even had extra amenities that my kids thoroughly enjoyed like toys, books and some snack foods. Check-in/Check-out process was very easy. Beds are very high which we are not used to but stools were provided at each bedside. Some minor safety issues we noticed, like an extension cord hung over the primary bathroom door as there was no outlet for the bedside lamp. Neighborhood is a bit more run down than we expected but it looks like it is being revitalized. Neighborhood Walmart and Chick-fil-A are only a few blocks away. Super convenient!! The playground across the street was closed during our stay.

Exactly What We Needed

We booked this property to attend a concert at Mercedes-Benz stadium. This location was absolutely perfect and within a 5 minute walk of the venue which saved us so much time and money on event parking. The house is renovated on the inside and had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. Check-in was easy and I have zero complaints about this property. I will for sure consider this location next time I need somewhere to stay in Atlanta.

Cheersport perfection

We went here for our kids cheer competition. The house was amazing and clean. We felt safe walking to and from the GWCC with kids. The power went out one early morning because of a storm.. I IMed the owner at 436am and figured they would get back to us once they woke up
 it was 5 min later.. made us feel like they cared and wanted us to have the best experience!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so amazing!! If we are back next year we know we have a place to stay!!!!
