Lots of people hanging out in front of the hotel. It’s dark and not a lot of light in the parking lot. The washing machine is broken. Spots on the wall of the room. This is a poor experience.

The front desk attendant was very informative and helpful. Members of the housekeeping staff were friendly and when ever I passed by they spoke greetings. The hotel was clean and fresh. It is an older hotel and in some areas was showing its age. It is still a good little hotel for a stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. Fortunately it did not have a lot of gluten free options. Wish more hotels had that option. Love the smell of Fabolousa!

Rooms were clean and friendly front office staff. The shuttle driver to the airport was lazy and not helpful. He did not help with large bags instead sat and watched us struggle to get them up the steps when he could have opened up the back. Told him we needed dropped off on the north side and dropped us at south..said we could walk!

It was ok. It did the job for an overnight stay due to plane cancellation. Would’ve liked a discount since I got there late and just needed it for a short night stay. Transportation had no air conditioning and it was hot! Breakfast good, staff was amazing.

I liked almost everything. It is a very common sense approach of providing what people want at a good value. I liked the practical furnishings especially. There was not much I didn't like. Shay, who was the day time desk clerk was a joy and helped us tremendously.
