Very meh

The front desk staff was not very friendly. Whenever asked the simplest of questions there was an annoyed response. There were no dental kits, no options to buy toothpaste and no resources or recommendations for purchasing toothpaste/toothbrushes.

This hotel is amazing. My plane ride from Atlanta Airport had to be booked for the following afternoon. Double Tree by Hilton gladly had a room and checked me in at approximately 1:15am. The room was delightful, super clean, and the complimentary water was a plus!

They sent us to a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called the front desk, they told us they'd send a cleaning person up to fumagate it. We caught her in the hallway and she couldn't understand why they put us in that room because she said it needed a special treatment to remove the smell. We went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room. No apologies and staff seemed annoyed by our request. Very disappointing.
