SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY is dead in ATL Embassy Suites
CAN YOU BE A LITTLE MORE PERSONABLE? The bar tender was rude- female advanced in years. She was grumpy and said WHAT DO YOU WANT? then tilted her head crinkled her mouth. All good I tipped well in cash BREAKFAST - The female employee at breakfast was even more rude started off with WHATS YOUR Rm#? So I said “Good morning!” She got the hint- she said GM back At breakfast Condiments, mixed fruits, little shaker with cinnamon and other items ran out. Brought it up to employees’ attention NOTHING HAPPENED Cinnamon shaker/ bottle Was in exact same spot the next morning still empty ROOM Someone left a toilet paper carton behind the lamp Saw it when I got to my room- tells me housekeeping didn’t clean well There was an M (M&M) on the carpet- was there when I checked in Def wasn’t mine Disgusting
