They said “breakfast available” and it was, for a high price. Even though the thermostat was set at 72, room was freezing! There was no room card scan at the rear exit, just a broken cinder block!

shuttle not available from international terminal. near airport, but not easy to get to. loud even with ear plugs. food is horrible. drinks are ok. room was subpar. was just a one night stay between flights, but still, I'd stay farther from airport that has nicer amenities.

When I checked into my room, they gave me my room key and when I got to my room and open the door, there was already another couple sleeping in the room. I went back downstairs to let them know, and they did not apologize for the mistake. They were very dismissive, and just found me another room. Once they found me another room I went up to my room and the key did not work. I had to go back downstairs For them to activate the key, and then go into my room. The bathroom was not clean, and the sheets and pillows were dirty.
