Welcome to our fully renovated and expertly designed home, where modern style meets comfort. Our home was designed by a local Atlanta designer with a unique, creative style that you’ll find in every room. Throughout the house, you’ll discover modern and unique design concepts that enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

This spacious two-story retreat offers 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms—5 with queen beds and 1 master bedroom with a luxurious king bed located on the top floor, complete with its own private en-suite bathroom. With 4 full bathrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), there’s plenty of space for everyone.

The top floor features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking gourmet meals, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need. There are multiple dining areas: one located upstairs by the kitchen, one downstairs near the kitchenette, and an outdoor dining area in the backyard. The home also features an open concept living area where the kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms are all connected. This layout is perfect for new friends to meet and connect or for old friends and family to catch up.

Downstairs, you’ll also find a kitchenette with a fridge and sink for added convenience. The lower level offers a fun game room, featuring a retro arcade cabinet, a foosball table, and an additional seating area, making it a great space for entertainment.

Step outside to the backyard, where you can grill on the brand-new BBQ and enjoy meals at the two picnic tables under the soft glow of string lights, perfect for relaxing during Atlanta’s magical evenings. For your convenience, the house has two sets of washers and dryers—one on each level—making it easy to handle laundry during your stay.

Because of our home’s size, location, and ample off-street parking, it’s perfect for large families or groups visiting Atlanta to explore the city or connect with loved ones. Additionally, business travelers will find it ideal, with the comforts of home and the privacy of having their own bedroom while traveling for work.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Both levels of the house have their own separate entrances, making it convenient for guests with limited mobility. There is also an interior staircase, allowing guests to easily move between the two levels without going outside. Each level includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (or kitchenette), a dedicated dining space, and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard features a large off-street parking area that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, providing ample space for your group.

Our home is centrally located and just a short drive or Uber ride away from Atlanta’s top attractions and neighborhoods. You’ll love the convenience of quick access to I-20, with a Lidl grocery store right across the street! A 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive takes you to downtown Kirkwood, where you’ll find great restaurants, stores, and coffee shops.

Less than 2 miles away, you can visit the Madison Yards development, anchored by a brand-new AMC theater and Publix. For those interested in exploring the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, the closest access point near Muchacho is also less than 2 miles away. Atlanta’s newest music venue, The Eastern, is just 2 miles from our home, offering exciting entertainment options.

If you're looking to explore further, the eclectic Downtown Decatur is only 3 miles away, featuring fantastic shopping and dining. For golfers, the famous East Lake Golf Course is just 1.5 miles from the house.

Even though our home is in the heart of Atlanta, you can still enjoy the city’s urban forest by hiking the trails at the Kirkwood Urban Forest, located just a couple of blocks from the house.

Whether you’re here for a short stay or an extended visit, our home is designed to provide the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.

***Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 8 people staying overnight and 4 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 12 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.

***Please note a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host you. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.

4. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the VRBO message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.

5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels

6. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.

7. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home is 6. Please send us a message if your group will have more than 6 vehicles.

8. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.

9. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.

10. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

11. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
