Home from Home in Austin!

We had a great week in Austin and this was a fantastic base. It’s a lovely modern apartment within an easy walk to downtown/ convention Centre. The roof pool and gym were an additional bonus. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly. It would have been nice to have a second set of keys but otherwise everything was perfect!

The listing matches the pictures perfectly! I was arriving later than expected and notified the property owner right away so that they had enough time to accommodate for my late (11pm) arrival time. The building was easy to find and in a safe area. Valet was very friendly and available for what felt like 24 hours. The apartment was on a top floor and had a small balcony. The apartment itself was very clean, it had toiletries, clean towels, clean kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location for this property is PERFECT! Right near Rainey st. & 11 minutes by car from Congress st. & 11 minutes by car to the shopping outlets & 11 minutes by car from 6th st. I definitely recommend renting a car while in Austin. Near the apartment complex there were many bird bikes for rent. Overall I would love to stay here again.

We booked this place with the understanding that there was a functioning rooftop pool. We were told upon arrival that it was closed and would be unavailable during our stay. We were very disappointed and contacted the owner. We received no helpful response.
