Our cozy, comfortable 1930’s 2BR cottage bungalow has high ceilings, hardwood floors, beautiful light, gourmet kitchen, and can sleep 6 (w/air mattress, couch). Great location and super cute home! The house was a perfect size for our group. Being all ladies, we especially appreciated all of the mirrors in the house when getting ready! Beds were comfortable and we loved all of the books in the house-we looked through and talked about many of them. This house will definitely be on our list for future stays.

This is a seriously cute and comfortable cottage and we would definitely stay here again! There are some lovely antiques as well as a very comfortable bed! He toilet seat broke, we texted The host and she had a new one within in an hour! Our two little minature poodles loved it too and felt very at home there!

This house was very quaint and immaculately maintained, and located in a cute quiet neighborhood in West Campus. We loved all the amenities, including the fenced in backyard and cozy patio, as well as free parking. Within walking distance of many restaurants and campus activities. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Perfect cottage in the heart of Austin

Joan was on the spot, all details conveyed before check in. Beds were comfy, house was perfect for 4 guests. We ate out and even cooked dinner one evening. Kitchen was stocked and had everything needed for cooking a family meal. Cottage was ideal and the location was perfect for our UT football game weekend. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Such a cute place!

This is our second time to stay here. We love everything about it. Location is ideal for our student who lives in West Campus, she can drive or walk to us easily. Beds are comfy and the home is so cozy, and we love bringing our fur baby. We can't wait to return!

Charming bungalow that feels like home

Booked the first home game weekend and we were happily surprised at how much like a neighborhood this area feels like compared to how busy the rest of W campus was before a game. If you like the style and comfort of a mature home, you will be happy here. As with the rest of W campus, streets and parking are tight, but also walkable to food and shops, too. Hope to make this our home away from home while visiting Austin in the future.
