The house is located very near downtown in a nice, residential neighborhood. It does back up to a fairly busy street, but the noise was not an issue for us to sleep at all. The two full bathrooms makes getting ready for the day very nice. The full size applicances and TV were great.

Great stay for families!We had a wonderful time at this 3-bedroom home in Austin. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and having the extra space made traveling with a kid much easier and more comfortable than a hotel stay. The location was convenient and the house was clean and welcoming.The only minor suggestion would be to stock up on a few more kitchen basics—specifically more bowls! We found ourselves handwashing more often than expected! Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Some unpleasent issues; table lamps bases very dusty, refrigerator ice and water dispensers not working, bed sheets in main bedroom not changed, mattresses uncomfortable, one of the beds makes a lot of noise.We were happy with the master bedroom and bathroom doors, accesible for the handycap, since my brother is in a wheelchair. Front patio area pictured on listing was not there. Seems like all the trees got chopped down. Neighbors next door seemed like they had a car shop with multiple vehicles adjacent to us making hard to park but we managed. Some areas were dusty and the bed sheets in the main room need to be replaced.

When we arrived the door code did not work so we sat on the front porch for almost an hour until it got figured out. The house was not cleaned. We had to have the cleaning crew come back and clean again, and then we still had to wash all bedding and deep clean the restrooms prior to use.
