The location was good. The price was great. The pool was closed and the carpet needs cleaning or replacing.

Staff was very nice and helpful. First night AC brought in smell of skunk or weed.. not sure they are similar to my nose. Next night it was fine. Lobby area is antiquated. Dingy, older. Not dirty just darker needs freshening.

It was a bit dirty, I will say the Bed as good and clean, .probably wouldn't stay there again,. floor in room sticky

There were dead bugs in room, don't know if or when it had been mopped. Everything else was fine. Front desk let me check in early..and was very happy to have fridge and microwave in room.

The thing I liked most about this hotel was its location. Easy access to The freeway; however this location has bug in its room, the beds are so hard the ground might be better, the Humidity level was so bad there was water building up on every serfice in the room. The sheets on the bed felt wet all the time. The towel fixture feel off the wall, the lap on one side would not work, and the finally half the plugs didn’t work.
That’s just the quality in the room. Now for service. When I came to the to the hotel they tried to charge me a 20$ check in fee. And on the 3 days I was there I got moved to a new room with out my ok. I was just told we are moving to a new room. The next day they disabled my keys to get into my room. And again the fallowing day. What hotel disables a guests keys to there room each day!
There excuses for such a poor service is even worse than the service. There excuse was the burning is going to be renovated soon
