The open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings lets in amazing natural light and creates a welcoming space to unwind with your whole group. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts for endless entertainment options.

The inviting living room features one large sectional sofa, stylish coffee tables, a cozy indoor wood-burning fireplace with wood provided, and a Smart TV – perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plenty of games and puzzles are available to keep the whole group entertained.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up your favorite meals on vacation – from pots and pans to a coffee pot for brewed coffee, crockpots, a double oven, microwave, a blender, and a toaster. The large dining table is perfect for family meals or game nights, offering ample space for everyone to gather together.

The luxurious master suite features a king bed, private living room, two indoor wood-burning fireplaces, a pull-out sofa, kitchenette, spacious closet, and additional seating area for ultimate comfort and privacy.

OUTSIDE:

The expansive pool area offers a variety of outdoor seating options, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. Guests can unwind in the spacious pool or gather around the wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. A propane 36” Blackstone flat top 4 burner grill and a propane 6 burner grill, with propane provided, is ready for grilling up your favorite meals.

FISHING:

During your stay, you’ll have access to a serene catch-and-release fishing pond. No fishing license is required at this specific pond. Worms are available at the local gas station or inform us of your interest before your stay and we’ll stock them in your fridge!

PARKING/DRIVEWAY:

There is plenty of parking for 10+ vehicles. RVs and motorhomes are welcome, and RV hookups are available right outside the house.

INTERNET:

We offer reliable Wi-Fi for our guests to enjoy during their stay. However, please note that inclement weather can sometimes cause interruptions in speed or connectivity. We do not provide refunds for any changes in Wi-Fi performance due to weather conditions.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire 400-acre ranch during their stay, including horseback riding trails, side-by-side & UTV trails, shooting range, and more. In addition, guests can go camping under the Texas stars, fully enjoying everything the property has to offer.

Supplemental and à la carte activities available for an additional fee include:

* Event coordinating (bachelorette/bachelor decor, wedding decor, themed event decor, setup & takedown of events, etc.)

Other things to note

Guests will be provided with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent pods. Should these items run out, please inform us and we’re happy to replenish them for you.
