Spacious Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Catalina is a beautiful place to spend a few days and this condo rental added to that beauty. It is well furnished and quite roomy. The two bedrooms each have two beds. The closets are roomy and there’s a lot of storage in each bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms. One has doubles sinks. The balcony is well supplied with chairs and tables to have meals outside. The setting makes you feel like you are in the Meditaranean. The pool and hot tub were nice, however finding the hot tub took some asking around. Having the golf cart was super fun as well as necessary since it would be quite a hike without it and the cab was 25 each way. Be aware that there are stairs up to the condo. One thing the owner can’t do but would be nice would be better markings on which condo is which number. Inside the condo, there are steps into each room. The master bathroom has a shower/tub that we didn’t use as it was difficult to get into.

Amazing stay, better than expected. Photos exactly as expected and view was absolutely stunning. Private community was such a nice place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi and all the other amenities. Great for friends trip but also for families with kids of any age. Of course we loved that it came with a golf cart! Next time we are in Catalina, will definitely be booking here again.

Nice condo, very well maintained and clean. There is plenty of room in the fridge and a nice size kitchen. Beds and seating areas are comfortable. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool is only about 20 yards away. The condo came with a golf kart which was very useful in taking family here and there. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

The location of this condo is just a 10 minute golf cart ride from the center of town. Love the fact that this condo came with its own Golf Cart to use. It came in handy going to and from. Everything was clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The only issue was that some of the outlets in the bedrooms didnt work. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Short Getaway

Celebrated daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple of her friends. Girls really enjoyed their time and some of the activities in town. Unit is very clean and convenient location with nice amenities. It was a perfect getaway and a great setting for a special milestone B-day.

Great Condo - Small Issue with Golf Cart

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views. It really made our vacation feel special. The only downside was that the golf cart provided did not function properly during our stay. Unfortunately, we only used it once, briefly.

More Than Anticipated

This rental was definitely more than I anticipated. The pictures in the posting did not do justice in my opinion. It’s was A LOT roomier than I imagined. I traveled with myself and my 4 teens. So space is of essence. And there was no lacking of space for all of us. I love how useful the kitchen was. We cooked one dinner and three breakfast. There had a great number of pots and pans and of great quality which has been hit or miss at other VRBSs in the past. All the amenities were just steps away which we loved. From the golf cart parking, to pool, hot tub, gym and beach access. Would definitely recommend

Great Condo, but...........

Nice roomy condo for a family of 6. Beds comfortable and huge balcony. Enjoyed the 6 person golf cart. Lots of stairs getting to condo and lots of steps up and down in every room. Not recommended for toddlers, seniors, or those who are handicap. There are no elevators and lots of trip hazards. There was no hair dryer in bathroom, and we did not have hot water for shower, but it was fixed by maintenance, the next day. Overall, we had a great time.

Fantastic Destination
