Cute room, nice staff person at the front desk, good location for the price. Unfortunately, Newport Blvd is very noisy with car traffic and the windows aren't double-paned so bring earplugs.

The room was pleasant but the mattress on the bed is in horrible condition and needs to be replaced ASAP. There was a huge dip in it and I could feel springs or something poking me through the mattress fabric all night. Really hard to sleep like that. Room 4.

This is a nice little motel that is a very convenient place visiting the Balboa, CA community; the beach, the cement path along the beach, the marina, or friends.
