The first morning I was down in the dining room, sitting at the bar and ordered coffee and oatmeal. Got the coffee and then waited for over a half hour to get the oatmeal and somehow no one put the order in. I felt different desktop was rude The toilet backed up twice, but resolved on its own The valet staff was lovely. That was about it but at $63 a night I would expect that. That’s an absurd amount of money when everybody else is charging $30 a night in the area. I won’t stay at this hotel again. I’ve been there numerous times but no more, too many issues

My only critique would be for the front desk staff to be more thorough when it comes to explaining the property details and/or additional fees to be accumulated during your stay. Front desk agent Myra failed to disclose all of what the property had to offer and also failed to mention a parking fee that would be added to my final bill at checkout. At check-in she asked for my identification and credit card for incidentals, handed me a room key, and sent me to the direction of the elevators. There was no additional dialog between us regarding my room type, dining options, where I could locate the pool, etc. Although my check-in didn’t feel very welcoming overall the junior suite was amazing, the property was beautiful, and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.
