Gorgeous , immaculate clean hotel. Problem with the system at check in not accepting my cards but my banks saying they had and removing money. Ended in a discussion with the on site manager who basically threatened to kick me out of the hotel. (I presume they thought I couldn’t pay). I was very angry with this response from them. After this , they realised their mistake and offered a couple of drinks as an apology. Just didn’t sit well with me. Won’t be going back. Even though I do understand the original problem was a technology one.
