Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months. Shower was SUPER scummy, mirror was fogged up with scum. Pillows were stained and dirty and the covers looked used. Pulling back the covers of the made bed, the sheets had actual boot prints on them. The state of repair was laughable and everything was dingy and used up. I literally stayed in a better place for mega cheep in Tijuana this summer--they at least put in some effort to not be laughable there. This was the last room they had and as I was leaving, they were taking a phone call saying they had a room available. This place gives no f-s.

I checked out of the Inn within an hour of checking in. The door did not lock, I felt as if I was going to fall through the floor, there was no AC, and was generally dirty. I was unable to get a refund because the person at the front desk told me false information about how to receive a refund. I do not recommendation this place to anybody.

Needs to be condemned.

This hotel needs to be inspected by the Maryland health inspectors for rodent infestation. During my brief stay, a mouse ran up on my bed to eat my dinner. This resulted in my immediate departure. The entire facility appears to not have been remodeled or broken items fixed since the 1970's. Safety, comfort, enjoyment and health are the least concerns of the management. Choice hotels, the parent company, need to reevaluate granting a franchise agreement with this location before people die.

Baltimore Roadway In

Reserved room for guest during there stay they experience no hot water, elevator not working , no maid service. Police came out tell the manager to refund a guest there money because of lack of hot water. The management has no sense of customer service and lack of concern of customers needs. The guest had no other place to go due to winter storm. It would have been nice to get a discount or something I paid $1400.00 for 2 rooms for 7 days. Why is this on Travelocity ?

Location good for us but....

Pros: travelocity.
Cons: Clean room. Better coffee. Clean towels
Location: Location good- historic Mount Vernon area.
The room first assigned to us had multiple spaces, including a sitting area. Problem was it was so filthy thought it might actual still have someone in it! We were immeidately given another room. Up 4 more flights of stairs, smaller but mostly clean. We were given only 1 bath towel (stained or dirty). Hand towels appeared clean. Room waaaay smaller. The hotel is NON-SMOKING and you will be fined $250 cleaning fee if you do so. Well, we didn't smoke and there was cigarette butt next to bed. (Didn't see until leaving making sure didn't leave anything behind.) Fortunately, we did not have to spend much time in this room. Breakfast, almost okay.

Just say no

This place was so ghetto. Not the neighborhood, which was nice, but the place. I had no water pressure, which was good because there was no light in the shower. I was in room 122 which is on 4th floor. There is no elevator.

Good hotel in mid-town

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, ambience, great service, clean, free bus service
Cons: stairs
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this month. I really liked the ambience of the hotel - its a old building and has very antique look. I like old buildings and it is close to down town. In the middle of the city. The rooms are good comfortable and clean. Good service and helpful staff.
