This 8th floor, 85 m2 apartment has spectacular views of Plaza Espanya, the MNAC Museum and Montjuic. Just 10 minutes away by metro to Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
With 4 bedrooms this apartment sleeps up to 5 people comfortably and is ideal for families, groups or visitors who are participating in the many important events, shows and conferences hosted by the Barcelona Fira (concerts, the Mobile World Congress, fashion shows, etc.).

This apartment has a split type ductless A/C system located in the entryway. Additionally, there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. This makes it great for views and keeps the apartment warm. This is fine for winter, but during the summer months we recommend guests close the blinds when not in the apartment to keep it cool.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Enjoy views of picturesque Montjuic, especially at night when lights adorn the magical fountains and the National Catalan Art Museum, shaped like a castle on top of the hill. You can take a stroll to Plaza Espanya, where you will find a bustling commercial center, Las Arenas ("The Sands"), with a unique twist. It was constructed inside a 19th Century bullring and has been converted into a hot spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment. On the rooftop you can enjoy a 360 degree view of Barcelona, Montjuic, Tibidabo and beyond.
Montjuic is home to the Joan Miró Foundation & Museum and CaixaForum, and important cultural space for the city. Originally constructed in 1911 as a textile factory, this architectural gem by Puig i Cadafalch is a spectacular exhibition space. You will also find the Palau de Sant Jordi that hosts the most famous artists and acts to come to Barcelona.
You can take the nearby cable cars to the 17th Century castle that overlooks all of Barcelona with views of the Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo Mountain and of course the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
A 10-minute metro ride will take you to Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona and countless Champions League wins. The Barca Museum is located here, and is the most visited museum in the city.
If theater is more your style, you are just a few moments away from Av. Parallel where you will find the city’s theater district and famous restaurants such as Tickets, founded by the iconic Catalan chef Ferran Adria in 2011.
GETTING AROUND
The Sants Station is 5 minutes away and the metro is just across the street from the apartment. Within 10-minutes’ metro you can be in Plaza Catalunya, direct on the green line (L3) where you can find public transport to any spot in the city and the Barcelona Tourist Bus. Just below Plaza Catalunya you will find the Gothic Quarter, home to museums and medieval architecture, and just next door is the bohemian Born neighborhood famous for nightlife, bars and restaurants.

SILENCE: It's a very quiet neighborhood and building, so after 10:00 pm things should be calmed down so we don't disturb the neighbors.

Awesome Apartment
The property we stayed in was awesome. The apartment location is in walking distance to a couple of famous landmarks in Barcelona. The Main entrance to the Metro/Subway station is right in front of the building. The owner (Jorge) and manager (Daniel) where always available if you have any questions. From our first day to the last, we felt like we were in a family oriented company. My family and I enjoyed our vacation. We loved the apartment.

We stayed at this property for one week with friends! Jorge is very nice Host and easy to deal with!
Location is right across from Barcelo Sants station which is very convenience of public transportation!
The property is well kept except it's tiny and AC only work in the small area. No AC in any bedrooms so it's very hot and humid during summer and very hard to sleep
We wished that all rooms have AC since the listing was Air Conditioning so we assumed that all areas with AC.
There are many restaurants in the area and supermarket nearby to grab foods, but it was so hot we decided not to cook meals.
If you are looking for a nice town to hang out, I recommended Gothic Quarter is the best place to stay, also it's within walking distances to the beautiful Beach!
Also, not to forget to mention, the bathroom is very small and the shower too (2x2ft plus) I'm a small size but turn around to grab shampoo and soap, I often swipe off the water!
The half bath is super tiny!
Beside that, Jorge is a super Host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona and found the apartment met our needs. The place was very clean and the washing machine was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions while providing good site seeing tips. I would stay here again.
