Sejour en famille Ă  Barcelone

Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter les principales attractions soit à pieds soit en utilisant les transports en commun. Nombreux commerces (boulangerie, supérette,....) tout autour de l appartement Appartement agréable et trÚs bien aménagé. Les photos ne sont plus tout à fait contractuelles : il y a finalement 3 chambres toutes équipées d un lit double. Check in rapide et efficace le jour de l arrivée Appartement trÚs bien insonorisé ( c est le quartier de la Sagrada Familia donc bcp bcp de passage) Petit bémol : les voisins qui ont été parfois un peu bruyants, heureusement pas trÚs longtemps !

Great location near the Sagrada Familia

Nice small apartment a block away from the Sagrada Familia. Great place to stay while traveling. The property manager was attentive and helpful with local recommendations. One thing to note is that the AC unit is a mini split in the living room, so on very hot days the master bedroom at the other end of the apartment can get a bit hot.

The location of the apartment is perfect, super convenient. And the communication and check-in was very on point. The apartment itself is very spacious, but the furniture feels dated and old, the apartment itself doesn't have good insolation, so feels very cold in the winter.

Helle Ferienwohnung sehr zentral, super Service vom Anbieter

Zentral gelegene Wohnung im 4. Stock mit Aufzug - hell, sauber und gute Versorgung (genug frische HandtĂŒcher, super Föhn, Basis Ausstattung in der KĂŒche, einige Aufmerksamkeiten zur BegrĂŒĂŸung). Übergabe der SchlĂŒssel auch super pĂŒnktlich im Apartment, perfekte Kommunikation in den Stunden davor per WhatsApp, gute EinfĂŒhrung in alles, was man wissen sollte. Auch die Kommunikation vorher zur Anreise war hochprofessionell. Kartenzahlung vor Ort, auch fĂŒr GĂ€stetax, unproblematisch. Gelegen inmitten von Restaurants, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Metro Sagrada nur 1 Block weiter. Akustisch im Haus und von draußen erstaunlich ruhig, gute Isolierung der Fenster in Richtung Straße. 2 Fenster von grĂ¶ĂŸtem Schlafzimmer und vom Wohnzimmer gehen nach draußen, die anderen Fenster in einen Innenschacht. Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf die TĂŒrme der Sagrada von der FlĂ€che am grĂ¶ĂŸten, Wohnzimmer hat auch gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer eng, aber vollkommen okay. Apotheke und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Zusatzkosten wie Sonntag Checkin waren - im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern - total okay, RĂŒckgabe Kaution unproblematisch: war 2 Tage nach Abreise zurĂŒck auf der Kreditkarte. Wir sind schon viel verreist und waren wirklich super zufrieden! PS Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant Ole Mallorca 1 Block weiter: Carrer de Mallorca, 436 bis.

Amazing location right by the Sagrada Familia!

This apartment was great for three adult women. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and one newly remodeled bathroom, shower could be small for someone large. We liked that we got 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels for each adult for the week and there’s a laundry right across the street! Kitchen stocked with basics, but would have liked a few more trash bags. The only thing that did not match the description of the apartment was that it was as air conditioned. The apt. is large with one old AC unit in the main room, which did not cool the three bedrooms, kitchen, and hallway; however, 2 standing fans were provided. We were lucky we went in October and by the second night the cooler nights allowed us to open windows. Wouldn’t recommend it in the summer but if you are looking for proximity to the Sagrada Familia, it’s perfect! Good communication with host.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e in ottima posizione. Collegato benissimo con i mezzi pubblici e servito da numerosi negozi nelle vicinanze.

Lovely stay in a central location.

Great stay, perfect for our family trip to Barcelona. Only thing missing was a plug for the kitchen sink but otherwise great. Front room was a little noisy to sleep in but fine with window closed.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was comfortable and easy. The check-in process was too long. We arrived about 9pm and I think the guy was in our apartment until after 10. We were ready to be done with check in.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment. On 4th floor but thankfully had a lift. Clean and well stocked. Crockery and glasses were in very high cupboards, needed to tiptoe to even the bottom shelf! Central location and amazing views of the towers of Sagrada Familia. Would recommend.

Great property in fabulous location.

This is a very nice property in a wonderful location. It is a three bedroom, very clean and with elevator access. The manager left us a few edibles, which was very thoughtful, and helped us with our luggage once we checked in. Grocery stores and transportation are handy.
