In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Really enjoyed our stay with BCN. The apartment was great. Three bedrooms, sun room, spacious living area, good kitchen and a really fun patio. Walkable to Gothic quarter and so many other areas. The team was communicative and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

What a great apartment. Location was quiet yet still within 20 minutes of almost all sites. Large living area, open to dining and kitchen. The deck was large and perfect for morning coffee or late dinner. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was a blessing as the five days was very warm. Clean, comfortable, felt like home the moment we walked in. Barcelona is a great place to visit and this apartment made our stay even better!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona, Spain. The location was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The space felt welcoming after long days of exploring the city. It was perfect. The hose was very responsive, finally, and provided clear, checking instructions along with helpful local tips. Overall, this was a great base for experiencing Barcelona, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful - we took a 3-week trip around Europe and stayed at 5 different cities. Overall, this was one of my favorite spots. Everything worked well, the apartment was clean and I loved the balcony area! The bathrooms were modern and everything worked well and was also very clean. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We did sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors walking around at night but there's not much that can be done about that - these are older buildings with all of the beauty and charm of an old building but not perfect soud-proofing. If you're a VERY light sleeper that might be a concern but it was a wonderful experience for us.
