Charming traditional beach house, next to Barcelona!

Located 300 meters from the beach, this spacious 5-bedroom house offers the perfect retreat, just steps from the beach, for a family or group of 2 to 8 people.

The lounge is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Sit comfortably on the sofa and take advantage of great services, such as a flat screen TV and WiFi.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A coffee maker will be at your disposal. Share your banquets around the beautiful dining table that seats 10 or on the furnished terrace.

Guests are guaranteed a great night's sleep in any of the five bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor and has a single bed. The other four are on the first floor. Two of them have double beds. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and the fifth has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed. The two common bathrooms are perfect for cooling off. One has a bathtub, shower and toilet, while the other has a shower and a WC. There is also a crib available, please advise in advance if you need it.

In addition to these wonderful amenities, you will also enjoy access to a fenced garden, and two furnished terraces of 25m2 and 15m2, with a barbecue.

The central heating and an indoor fireplace will guarantee your comfort throughout the year. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided for your convenience.

Towels, bed linen, final cleaning service and local tourist tax are included in the rental price. The neighborhood is very quiet, parties are not allowed. Youth group only upon request.

There is private parking for two vehicles near the property for € 10 per day (required in advance). There is an extra fee for check-in before 7am and after 10pm. Smoking is allowed outside only and pets are not allowed.

Surrounded by a quiet neighborhood, this 5-bedroom house is ideal for families who want to enjoy a step away from Barcelona, maintaining the serenity of their getaway. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including bicycle rental, a sailing school and water sports.

Sun lovers will be delighted to know that El Masnou beach is only 300 meters from the house. You will also find excellent restaurants, bars and a supermarket 600m from your door.

The nearest train station is only 150 meters from the house and trains to Barcelona run every 10 minutes. The city is only 25 minutes away on the train!

It may cost you to leave this magnificent house, but if you succeed, there is much to explore in this region of Spain. Popular excursions in this area include hiking in the Serralada Litoral Park (3km away), visiting the Alella vineyards (2km away) and sightseeing in the exciting city of Barcelona (14km away). If you are adventurous, you could even take a day trip to the Costa Brava, just 45 kilometers from the house.
