This stylish, quiet and bright apartment is situated in the L'Eixample area, a district with beautiful and classically designed buildings. Only 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and 3 minutes away from Urquinaona Metro station.



The Space:

Welcome to this 110 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to Plaza Urquinaona and the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Barcelona’s historic Eixample is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



This comfortable and cozy apartment has everything to make your stay in Barcelona perfect!

The Neighborhood:

Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.



Getting Around:

The closest metro station is Plaça Urquinaona (Lines 1 & 4).

The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Location, Location, Location! The apartment is in between the Arc and Playa de Catalunya and located a few steps from the Metro line, two bakeries, and a grocery store. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room area had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and was located in a great area. They need to invest some time and effort into kitchen supplies and tools. That was one area of complaint as the kitchen was under supplied for cooking. Otherwise the host was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great little apartment in a great location. We loved opening the windows into a charming courtyard to let in the fresh spring air and enjoy local gardens! Perfect location

Our family of 6 stayed here for 5 days (kids ages 15-19) and really enjoyed it! Very cute building, clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see...didn't need to rent a car. Lots of cafes and shops and restaurants very close by and the grocery store is litterally 5 steps out the door. Check in was easy and we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing location

The apartment is only a short walk from many of Barcelona's best areas, including the Gothic Quarter, Citadel Park, Boqueria Market, and the water front. We only used taxis for our trips to La Sagrada Familia, Guell Park, and the Barcelona train station. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet spacious apartment in great location

We very much enjoyed this apartment. It is big and quiet and faces a large interior courtyard. Very convenient to have large supermarket just doors away and easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. Management company was easy to deal with and allowed us to extend stay when plans changed with no hassle. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect location for a Barcelona vacation

We loved our home away from home in Barcelona! The apartment was in a great location on the edge of El Born and the Gothic quarter and very close to the cafes and boutiques of the Eixample neighborhood. It was a great base for exploring all that the city had to offer. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend it!

Great location, clean, but not homey.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall the apartment was very nice, but it did not feel homey. I would recommend some additional art and décor as well as more comfortable living and dining room furniture to make the apartment more comfortable. Also, it would have been nice to have some cooking basics in the kitchen, including a lighter for the stove as well as some salt and pepper.

The apartment was exactly as described. Easy access to the gothic quarter without the crowds. A pleasant surprise was that the grocery store next door was large and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and wifi was strong. Electronic entrance was not difficult and the elevator was welcome for this 4th floor apartment. We were concerned the view out the windows would not be good but we were wrong. Finally restaurants in the area were good, especially El Mercat which had a popular local vibe. Would stay here again for sure!!

Wonderful stay in central Barcelona

The flat was perfect for our group of two families of three. It was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of space for cooking, eating, hanging out. The two bathrooms were very nice, and the washer and dryer were also very nice to have. The Gothic Quarter is blocks away, and there is a Supermercado literally next door. The Gaudi houses are walking distance (20 mins) and there are countless places to grab a quick meal or to linger over lunch or dinner within a block of the flat. Comfortable beds, lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard, taxi stand less than a block away, high ceilings, four table fans to help with the summer heat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The perfect HQ from which to explore Barcelona!

Where to start? I think first and foremost the location. This apartment is just a few short blocks from La Plaça Catalunya/La Rambla but it has none of the crowded madness. There is a full grocery store (mercado) literally next door, and infinite cafés and restaurants stretching out in all directions. The accomodations are fairly no-nonsense but clean, spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was especially useful. The apartment is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) and opens over a large, quiet courtyard rather than the street. Communication with the host was thorough and responsive from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. The wifi was excellent and the e-entry seamless for both the front door and apartment door. Highly recommended!

It was very nice and with the two bathrooms absolutely ok for 6 people. We stayed there with three couples and had a good time. The only thing I would like to mention is that 6 big towels and two small ones for six persons and 5 days isn’t enough. Also it has to be clear that dishwasher tabs and towels to dry dishes are not included (well there was one tab). For this price I definitely expected a little more. Kitchen equipment does last for one meal than you need to put it into the dishwasher or clean it up by hand. So, much water is needed, as the dishwasher is never full. But well, it’s still a nice place and we would come back and recommend this apartment anyway. You are a just a 10minutes walk away from plaza catalunya, if you walk slowly. Metro is close and the super market just beside the main door. Couldn’t be better situated.

Not as advertised.

Check in was easy as we met the host at the apartment and they allowed us to check in a few hours early. The apartment had fresh sheets and towels but the floors and counters were not clean. The counters had many hairs on them and we had to sweep the floors as they were visibly dirty. During the 4 night stay we had no WiFi connectivity. The host said it was a building problem, not a unit problem. The unit does NOT have air conditioning, even with the temps being in the 70s the unit was very hot during our stay. AC is not listed as an amenity, we only assumed it was included. Our bad here. It was the first short term rental I have stayed at where they left nothing to make your holiday easier. No extra garbage bags, paper towels, spices, cleaning supplies or dish detergent. The pictures listed on the app are outdated and most of the furniture is no longer in the apartment. The furniture that remains is filthy and stained. This is a very expensive apartment, not worth the cost. I am sure you can find a nicer and better equipped short term rental in Barcelona.
