Tastefully decorated, this lovely 85m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 1st Floor and has an elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a table and chairs.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony, a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The third bedroom has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please be aware that there may be construction nearby during your stay, which could result in some noise during the day. Thank you for your understanding.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Poblenou neighborhood. Just steps away, you’ll find the Rambla del Poblenou, a local favorite for strolling, dining, and soaking up the neighborhood’s laid-back atmosphere. The Bogatell Beach is also nearby—perfect for enjoying sunny Barcelona days.The area is extremely well-connected by public transport, with Poblenou metro station (L4) just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the historic city center, visit the iconic Sagrada Familia, explore the innovative 22@ tech district, or dive into the lively nightlife of El Born. This location is perfect for travelers who want a balanced experience: close to everything but more peaceful area

This property is just a 2-minute walk from Bogatell station and an 8-minute walk from Marina station. The location offers easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for those looking to explore the city.

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights)

PLEASE NOTE that at the moment there is a construction noise near the apartment.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
