Cosy flat, comfortable and with views of Plaza España in Barcelona. It is an ideal apartment for visitors & professionals of La Fira de Barcelona (just 1 minute walking from La Fira).



The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

The apartment has a kitchen, 1 full bathroom, a bathroom without a toilet and has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and a hairdryer are included.



Renovated flat with excellent location in Plaza España, in a quiet and safe area. It has excellent public transport connections and is close to many tourist attractions. Ideal for visitors to congresses and fairs at the Fira de Barcelona, because it is next to the apartment.

Appartement tres propre et tres bien situé : metro au pied de l'immeuble. Un peu bruyant mais c'est l'Espagne donc normal. Nous re-louerons si nous venons a 4 ou 6. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Disappointing

Myself and my 3 children (4 in total) were staying at this property but only 3 beds were made and 3 towels provided. I found some spare bed sheets but not sure that these were clean. The property manager promised on 2 days that extra bedding and towels would be provided but they never were. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken resulting in 2 children being trapped for a while before I managed to open the door. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponge but no tea towels, and no spare towels to use instead. The showers would change from hot to cold as you were showering. Although access to the property was slightly strange, it worked. The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning worked and was very useful.

Wij hebben ruim een week in dit appartement verbleven. Het is een ruim, schoon en volledig uitgerust appartement vlakbij diverse winkels, horecagelegenheden, metrostation en de halte van de Aerobus. Het contact met ApartEasy verliep prettig. Minpunten vonden wij de matrassen (denk aan kapotte springveren) en de douchetemperatuur (keuze uit heet of superheet).

Quick stay in Barcelona

Property was nice but not fantastic for the price point. Disappointed in only 1 toilet for 3 bedrooms. The furnishings were sparse. Great location, easy access to everything. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were equally sparse compared to main bedroom for price point.

We are very pleased with our stay at the apartment. It was in a great location! Near many attractions. Definitively we will visit Barcelona again. Terrific location

This place suited us three adults perfectly—one couple and one single. The Metro was at the end of the block, shopping and dining locations were plentiful. The apartment was clean, neat, and welcoming. The hostess Anna was superb! They also arranged transport from the airport for us. We enjoyed Barcelona very much and plan to return in the future; we would stay here again.

Great location, very clean, too noisy

Great location, everything was clean, the hostess very kind. But the apartment is too noisy because is in a Main Street mattress should be updated. Just one complete bathroom, and the other one has a tiny shower and a sink, no toilet.

Organized, Great Location

The greeter was able to adjust to my last minute early check-in request. Was very professional and did a quick walk through of the apartment. The location was ideal for heading back to the airport since the aerobus was only a block away. Also lots of attractions around the area.
