"Very surprised we got a upgrade with our room from a superior to a exsecative room what a lovely room very large room with a bath and a shower amazing bed was a large size for my Daughter and myself and what a nice touch with the gift basket full of goodies had a great evening seeing Lewis capaldi at Blackweir fields he was amazing and in the morning for breakfast we were greeted by Omar who showed us to our table what a lovely man he even took a picture of myself and my Daughter at our table nothing was to much trouble and what a lovely breakfast we had I think I had to much but it was lovely all the same, but if we get the chance to stay in Cardiff again I would definitely recommend the Park plaza hotel we both had a wonderful stay Thank you so much.❤️"

"Quick and easy check in. Have previously stated here many times and have never had a bad experience, which is why we return. Parking on site is free and the people are lovely. Lift did stop whilst we were in it, but managed to get the doors to open and we continued down the stairs"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely but a bit cold. Air conditioning in our room was lousy, not cold enough and air flow was ineffective, room was way too hot to sleep in. Location was great for city centre"
