Unique vacation rental home in Bass Lake with boat slip in Brier Dock Association. The dock is a five-minute walk from the house. You can not swim off the dock, there is a small beach nearby with picnic tables. Max boat length is 24 feet for the boat slip. FREE WIFI, 3 BD, 3 BA with a living room, pool table in a converted garage, large living room with easy access to the well-appointed kitchen. We have a bear proof can on the property. The lid has to lock into place correctly or the bear will be able to get into it.
NO recycling should go in the black bearproof bin. The blue recycling bin is just for recycling, NO TRASH.
If trash is placed in the blue bin the bear will knock the bin over and make a mess. Recycling items are glass, aluminum, plastic and cardboard.

Bass Lake Getaway

The house was very clean and tidy, plenty of room for our party. Very short walk to the private small beach and boat docks. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions and requests. Will recommend for future guest to stay here.

Dock and Beach

My family are old hands at this Bass Lake life. Starting in 1959 camping to renting cabins as the years passed. Having said that we enjoyed the dock and Beach as well as the closeness to the cabin. Thank you for sharing your home.

Relaxing Stay

My family and I celebrated Father’s Day early. The house was very spacious and was very close to the Pines. I was very pleased that the house had three restrooms and a washer and dryer. It was also nice to be able to dock the boat so close to the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location for a quick stay, but it needs some attention

The location is great! If you are looking for a quick weekend trip to the lake with a good location, this is a good choice. However, if you are looking for a modern home with those features and expect things to function, this isn’t your place. It’s old, funky and needs some attention. Beds were mostly comfortable, one sloped to the right really bad. The kitchen is well stocked. Other than that, its really funky. Lighting is limited, no dish soap, no charcoal and I could go on. These were just the biggest issues. It must be priced on the cheaper side for these reasons.
