Whole hotel smells like smoke, first room we got told was ready to go was absolutely disgusting beds not made, trash in bathroom, buckets and tools in bathroom, got a second room to see pubic hair all over the bathroom and room absolutely just stunk. We left after that

I liked the convienience of being located right off the highway with quick access off and on. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was well stocked with cereals, bread, bagels,yogurt ,waffles and fruit. The only thing I would complain about was a few minor details in the room that needed attention. Lamp with no working usb and plug in receptacles. Chair with loose armrest . But all in all it was fine for a one night stay while travelling.

Cleanliness is not here

Upon entry of the motel it smelled dirty but it was the only hotel with a room available. I usually stay at TRU. When i got to my room it looked ok but the bath looked dirty. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. I woke that morning to get ready for work. I had no bathroom towel. I did have 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. The hair dryer did not work. I most definitely will book early enough to not have to stay hear again. I did tell the staff about my room. He did say Im sorry but said it in a way as if well thats a normal occurance here. Sad

Comfortable beds

The beds we’re comfortable and clean but the bathroom was not very clean, use wash rag still hanging on the shower rod, but just stayed one night and had a good night sleep and felt safe there.

We have stayed here before and had a good time. We had a small issue regarding our payment, and ended up paying twice, but it was resolved with relative ease within a day. There was also an unknown charge of 47 dollars to one of the cards with no explanation, and it apparently didn’t show up on their end, so unsure what that was or is. Property is a bit run down, but you get what you pay for. The area where the hotel is located is super convenient, parking lot is a bit chaotic. Staff is always super helpful and friendly! Continental breakfast is pretty good. I’d considering staying again, but my husband probably wouldn’t.
