Executive rooms are dated with noisy heaters and barely functioning old TV’s. Sheets (twin) for uncomfortable sofa bed didn’t fit. Food service was slow at Bunkers Grill and Small Talk Cafe.

Scenic resort

Pros: The resort property is vast and beautifully scenic, perfect for leisurely walks amidst the snow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. We visited for a ski trip and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a picturesque and relaxing getaway. Con’s: The pullout couch was very uncomfortable.

Curtains in the room do not cover the windows. There are not enough panels and they are the wrong type for the rods. No desk as there was before. The fold out couch that is supposed to sleep 2 has been replaced with something of such low quality that even the dollar store would not carry. A coffee table that looks like the Goodwill threw out. Hand rails are loose and dangerous, steps in need of replacement, staff that do not know what rooms are accessible, and an accessible ROCKY toilet. Requested accessible, was offered access with steps with csr saying, " its just a few steps". Wow! Just Wow! Despite saying repeatedly what rooms are accessible and that we have stayed multiple times, CSR ignored me and started making calls to get info and then going on and on about times, offerings, etc. Yhey have a brochure for guests with all info - just give us the print up and listen to the customer. Management has evidently chaned or is non-existent - the place has seriously fallen in quality.
