Hotel overbooked and canceled my reservation without notifying me. I drove 5 hours with my 5 month year old son to be told our room wasn’t available.

Staff was great I had 3 kids with me. Needed extra towels and shampoo. They loved the indoor pool. And it was cold outside.

Overall our stay was pleasant. My wife felt the room smelled a little musty, though I did not experience myself. The room was clean, and we had no problems.
