Whether you are having a family vacation, a corporate retreat, or just need to get away, this is the place for you. Birds Nest is a beautiful lake house that sits on the crystal clear spring-fed waters of Swan Lake.
When you step inside, this property has a way of letting you know that vacation has started. Let your stresses in life melt away at this one of a kind property with plenty to do.
Bird watching, canoe, kayak, fire pit, water trampoline, dock for fishing or sun bathing.
This home features a cathedral ceiling in the great room with two stories of glass overlooking the lake, plus a lower-level second kitchen large living room with a slider out to the lake. 2 bedrooms both with its own bathroom one has a washer and dry. The upper level has a master suite with private bath with whirlpool tub and walk in shower. Large upper scale kitchen open to the living room with an eighty inch tv with an 88 ft deck looking over the lake and stream. This home is comfortable for a couple or extended family. Two leather couches, an oval coach, and plenty of space allow for room to spread out. So gather your friends and family, and book now for a fun-filled vacation that you will never forget.
