"I wasn't told that they charge $15 to park in there parking lot. My card was charged $15 plus taxes and the man that checked me in said it was for incidentals only. This is my only complaint."

"Very clean property. Exterior, lobby and room were fresh smelling and tidy. As with most hotels, noise was a factor. I could hear televisions throughout the night along with doors slamming. I don’t believe there is much sound proofing between rooms and the hallway. Outside of the noise, the refrigerator stayed nice and cool and the AC was cold."

"The overall stay was absolutely fantastic! My only slight complaint would be that the house might need a slight deep cleaning. The baseboards in the downstairs area were pretty dirty and the air vents could also use some wiping down. Everything else was tip top!"

"The overall property is Okay, but you can tell it needs some work. I had to bring my pressure washer over to clean the bird poop on the back patio and pool area. It was pretty gross. Some of the fans knock and are out of balance, bathrooms have some questionable looking drywall (water leak?). Wide open areas was good for our family and for my nephew to play in. The entry way classroom is fun, but we did not use it. Having such a small table and only having 4 chairs in a house this large seems a bit strange and made it hard to sit for a meal. There was a single roll of paper towels and what felt like limited soap for a 3 night reservation. After cleaning up the pool area we really enjoyed the area and had a lot of fun in it. Slide is great and we had fun on it. Hot tub was also a hit."
