Family Home close to Downtown & Beach!

Come and vacation in this freshly renovated home located at 815 Wilson St. South Haven, MI 49090. We have put a lot of time and efforts into creating this home and ask that only respectable families rent with us. We do not rent to bachelor- bachelorette party's etc. If you are a family looking for a quiet street to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation please keep reading!

We offer 4 bedrooms (there is an additional bedroom that is attached to one of the other rooms) and 3.5 bathrooms. On the 2nd floor we have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We have a 2nd floor master suite with a renovated bathroom, king bed, TV and sitting area which also folds out into a twin bed. In our 2nd bedroom we have twin bunk beds with a fully renovated bathroom across the hall. The 3rd (& 4th) bedroom located on the 2nd floor has a queen bed with a smaller children's room attached. In the kids room, we have a cozy full bed, TV with DVD player and fun decorations for the kids! All of our bedrooms and bathrooms have more then enough closet space for all of your vacation essentials.
Conveniently located on the 1st floor is another bedroom that we call the Grandparents room, with it's own private bathroom and walk in shower. This room is perfect for the couple or individual who does not want to travel upstairs and would like to have peace and quite at night when everyone has gone to bed. We also have 2 living rooms located at the front and back of the house. One living room opens up to a fully renovated kitchen with new shaker style cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for 4. We also have 2 dining tables to accommodate the guests staying. Since everyone loves to socialize in the kitchen we knocked down 2 walls to create an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to an eating area to the back living room. There is also a powder room and laundry closet off of the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. In the living room off of the kitchen we have installed new sliding glass doors that open up to the private fenced in backyard. In the backyard you will find beautiful mature trees with a brand new 18 ft x 20 ft concrete patio that is ready to be used. Inside we have also added new lighting fixtures, tamper resistant outlets and fans to almost every room. We have small children ourselves so this home is some what "baby proofed". We have also installed luxury vinyl plank flooring for durability and wear & tear of children. A side note we feel important to mention is that our cleaning company we use is a "green clean" company that only uses all natural cleaning products that are child safe.
We pride our selves in the little details we have put into this home and hope you too can appreciate the little things we have added!

Our home is conveniently located just steps away from a wonderful quiet park that is great for the kids with slides, swings, play areas and a baseball field! From our home it is a 2 minute drive to Meijer Grocery Store, a 10-15 minute walk to town and 20 minute walk to the beach. Grandpa Dick’s Getaway is a GREAT location for your next South Haven family vacation!!
