This home was built for gathering, featuring a beautifully appointed kitchen that flows effortlessly into the living area—ideal for recounting the day's beach adventures. When it’s time to recharge, you'll find three plush, spacious bedrooms, plus a brilliant bonus room: an office/den complete with a fold-down Murphy bed. It's the perfect quiet corner for reading, catching up on a little remote work, or settling in for a great night's sleep.

Community Rules & Parking:
• Minimum Rental Age: Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking.
• No Smoking / No Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free residence to help maintain a clean environment for all guests.
• Parking (2 Vehicles Max): Private two-car attached garage and a dedicated driveway. The HOA prohibits on-street parking to maintain community aesthetics and emergency access.
• Conduct / Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to follow all community guidelines, including strictly enforced quiet hours.
