Room and property was clean and fairly updated. Room was clean but had some cracks in the walls. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which I thought was odd. We checked in after 7pm and the person at the desk, Roni, was not friendly or welcoming. She didn’t even say hello or acknowledge that I had walked in. I felt as if I was bothering her. This gave me a negative impression right off the bat. However, the next morning I went down to check out the hot breakfast and the daytime staff was great, friendly, and smiling. The breakfast was actually very good. All in all, I would consider staying again if staying in this area.

They charged us $75 fee for pets, which was unexpected. After being surprised by the additional charge, the staff was rude to us. The room has loud air conditioning systems. We asked to change the room, but the second room has similar issues. At the end we decided to not change the room but just leave the air conditioning off. Breakfast was okay. We didn't get the room with the river view.

The hotel was fine, clean, newly renovated, but Expedia deserves a negative rating for a bait and switch operation in which the app showed a price for the room that was $40 less than Expedia actually ended up charging for the room. When the price jumps from $90 to $130, you have to question what's going on in their system. When I complained to Expedia, I was asked if I had checked the price AFTER I got the booking confirmation email!! Absurd.

Nice stay!
Very super nice hotel the only complaint was the shower worst one I have ever had you could not turn the head to adjust the water and it was barely coming out. Beautiful remodeled rooms.
