Parking lot a little sketchy, could not park near room, but no overnight issues with car. Room was exactly as described, two doubles and a pullout soft double bed. Clean bathroom, reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The elevator was broken and the stairwell by the room was locked so had to walk far in a moldy smelling hallway. Rooms were clean but there was a loud clunk noise that could be heard through the walls that turned off and on like the sink all night long

The nanager that checked us in was very nice. We slept well comfortable bed. The breakfast did not have hot food except for waffles that my husband did not like. I'm gluten free there was an apple and yogurt for me. Only coffee and tea to drink. I was satisfied

Room had continuous noise from the bathroom tap like water leaking but you don’t see the leak. There was no coffee maker in the room but cups & coffee were there

The person at the reception was indifferent to any questions asked and was irritable. He took more than half an hour to check in 3 customers. He even suggested to refund the money immediately if we were not satisfied with his service even at the time of check-in. Wondering if he was under any influence or mental health problems. Then the room was dirty and not maintained well. I have never ever had any problem with Quality Inn hotels in the past. I couldn't believe it. Thanks.

Average experience...

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean.Bathroom was not as clean...Toilet had rust or hardwater stain line... scrub down needed. Also one of the bed covers had a hole from a burn mark. Had to keep curtains open so the AC could run longer...as long as the curtains didn't cover the vents it was fine . No microwave in the room but refrigerator was really good.

As many other reviews stated it had a very strong musty smell. It wasnt clean. None of the vending machines worked. The breakfast is a make your own type of thing which we didnt utilize. We did grab a couple small muffins for the kids the first day and they said they liked it. Beds were comfortable, we didnt use the pullout couch because of how dirty it looked. They were very accomodating when asking for an extra blanket and a larger garbage bag. We did find a pill on the floor that was a bit irritating since we have 4 young kids. There were no bugs. If we go to the area again we would try somewhere else.
