Had an issue with our bathroom toilet and hot water which prompted a room change at the last second in the early evening while my wife and I were trying to prepare ourselves for an important event we were scheduled to attend. However, staff was efficient and supportive in assisting in the room change. We were able to make our event in a timely manner.
