Hotel is short staffed and actually had a sign in the hallway indicating that there would be minimal or no housekeeping because of this. Additionally, the hotel is being used as a permanent residence for foreign staff for other hotels on Hilton Head Island. Expedia should not be accepting bookings for this hotel. We only used it for it's proximity to Sun City and were unaware of the conditions here. There are other hotels nearby. The permanent residents are cooking in their rooms and smoking pot on premises. The smells were horrible and the room was dirty. Enough said!

Not a good place to stay!
There were roaches, the beds were super hard, the heating and air didn't work, the smell is awful, and neighbors are so loud at all times of the night and morning. Not a good stay.
