Unable to sleep due to the noise

This is a nice, clean, new property but we were not able to get a good night's sleep either of the 2 nights of our stay because of teens and preteens running through the halls screaming much of the night. When we booked our room, little did we know that the hotel was primarily booked with hundreds of kids on some sort of youth trip. Overall, they were well behaved, but many of them chose to stay up throughout the night, running through the halls screaming. Neither the hotel staff nor the leaders of the group made them stop. When I complained to the hotel desk clerk in the morning, she mumbled something and said a quiet "sorry", but nothing else. If we stay again, I will check with the hotel to see if it will be filled with another teen retreat!

I was very impressed with how impeccably the property was maintained both inside and out. This was a very nice place to stay, super friendly staff and always very helpful. Overall just a great experience. Again everything was impeccable!

The location was perfect and the lobby and breakfast area was clean and well kept. I enjoyed your staff and our room was cleaned with new towels during our 2 day stay. It was great to have a clean room when we returned from a day of activity. Also enjoyed breakfast and coffee was excellent.
