The condition of the interior of this building was in need of repairs and a very good cleaning. Condition of apartment itself fair, sofa needs to be cleaned we put a comforter over it. Bed was comfortable but very hard to get around. There are a lot of stairs if that is a consideration for you especially stairs into unit are very steep. Many reasonable restaurants in area. Large student area.
