This was an absolutely terrible stay. I arrived at the property and effectively did not exist, I had to ask at a local cafeteria, where the address was because there was simply no signage on the door. When I got into the location finally after an hour of waiting around, several things became apparent. First there was a shared bathroom, which I did not see as listed when I reserve the room. Number two there was no bed, there was only a fold out couch, again, not detailed on the listing. I immediately set a note regarding the problem with the Wi-Fi and I got a cryptic response basically saying that they would come fix it. All I needed was Wi-Fi password and after two days, they still couldn’t do it despite multiple request. Finally, the lights in the room did not work other than one bedside lamp. I hope no one will ever book this place again and I hope that Hotels.com will do a better job of vetting their properties before allowing guests to have such a horrible experience. I’m formally requesting a refund.
