The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning in every room, wall-mounted LED satellite TV, internet with wi-fi connection, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment was very comfortable, warm and a great place to come back to on a cold day. It’s a central location so barely needs the bus, there were plenty of food places nearby and our hosts made checking in easy. We appreciated the laundry in the building as well. Great area in town . You can walk to a grocery store in less than 10 min right on their street as well as the 2 towers. within 20 min at a leisurely stroll and onto a couple of other streets you will find the Piazza Majiorrie, Neptunes staute and other major tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me with finding a cabbie who came very early for for our pick up to the airport.

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Very nice apartment in a good part of town

This apartment is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked but could use a Better coffee maker. Better coffee maker The location is very good, being close to the center of town. So the apartment is on a busy street the bedrooms open up into the back so it is very quiet night. All in all, a very nice stay .
