Easy parking in the street (parking meter) or in a private garage just opposite - it's NOT A ZTL AREA (not restricted access area).
The studio is located on 1st floor, no lift (there is actually, though it doesn't stop at the floor). 27 large steps from ground floor.
It has been renewed and furnished with the maximum care and attention to every detail. I sought to create an ideal cocoon, making your experience in Bologna relaxing and enjoyable.

I run my place directly. I'll welcome you personally in order to ease the check-in procedure, no waste of time searching complicated access codes to get in. No self check-in.
I'm also available to special requirements whenever possible.

I'll wait for you under any circumstances (delays or any last minute inconvenient). If unable to be there, my trusted co-host will be present on your arrival.

Directions:
When checking-in, you will be asked to sign the short term rental contract and to show your documents for the registration to Italian authorities (mandatory).
Check-in hours: 15:00 to 21:00. Any other time, please ask in advance (one or two days before arrival). I'll do my best to satisfy your needs, if possible.

Equipment:
Kitchen is fully equipped for a pleasant homestay: microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle. Coffee machines: American, Nespresso and moka with cappuccino maker, orange squeezer, toaster.
Bologna is worth a food tour, but if feeling inspired, you'll find an assortment of pans, bowls, kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, cutlery, table set, napkins, kitchen paper.

After a day outdoor or at work, you will rest in the king size bed -180x200 cm.- or two twin beds -90x200 cm. (on demand. Please ask when booking).

The apartment is at your exclusive disposal.

For your safety, the apartment is aired, accurately disinfected (surfaces) and sanitized with professional products.
You will find the place clean and sanitized. The next cleaning will be when you leave.
40 euros included in the fare for a standard cleaning and laundry costs.
If a deeper cleaning is needed, an extra fee (40 euros) will be charged.
