Quiet and Cozy Urban Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Large apartment in a strategic location to reach the train station and all the main tourist attractions of the city.



This apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift, is ideal for families and groups as it can host up to 6 people.

The living area comes with a bright living room with double exposition, a sofa and a dining table. From here there is access to an independent and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with herringbone parquet and desk, two with a queen size bed and one with twin beds. A toilet and a full bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and heating.



The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



The central station is 3 minutes walking from the apartment while the airport is a 15-minute drive away.
