The management staff had to navigate a difficult situation with a pipe bursting nearby which they did courteously, professionally, and swiftly. We especially appreciated the work of manager John Beebe-Center who helped us through the whole process. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The room was tiny and the bed was hard and terribly uncomfortable. The wall of windows made it very cold on one side of the bed and the heat controls were not consistent. The pillows were not adequate for a side sleeper. There needed to be blankets and I guess you have to ask for them. The bathroom was also small and inconvenient. Certainly not somewhere you'd want to hang out for any length of time. The grab and go was NOT available 24/7 and if any travel site says there is valet parking, there is not, and that was a headache. Do not check in first and then park. Park and drag your bags to the check in. It was a very short walk to entertainment and dining which was good. Very clean.

This property has hidden fees and very few amenities. I wouldn’t recommend for a weekend with someone. This is only good for a quick single night stay. I would’ve chose another hotel.
