Amazing Flatirons View on Broadway . 1.3 Miles from the University of Colorado.
Very convenient 3 bedroom 2 bath property located in South Boulder. Bus stop on Broadway is just steps away, which connects to all Boulder locations, the broader Denver metro area, DIA Airport, Eldora Ski Resort, and other Rocky Mountain region locations . A few more steps down the West, and you are walking on trails toward the amazing Flatirons. Just 2 block East is Martin Park, with Bear Creek , new tennis courts and playground for the kids. Bike trail takes you from Martin Park to almost anywhere in Boulder. Whole Foods is just up the street in a shopping center with running, climbing and other stores. Several great restaurants and brewpubs also in walking distance.
Oven didnât workLeak in bathroomLeak in fridgeUncomfortable living room furnitureBack yard very peaceful and great for dogs, sitting, grilling and enjoying hottubPretty view from living room
The good: host was very responsive, hot tub was nice and hot, lots of towels, plenty of space and hot water for showers. Heaters for each room, lots of blanketsThe bad: Not cleaned. Sheets were dirty and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Floors werenât vacuumed and swept, leaves/dirt in hot tub, no soap for the dishwasher, no wood for the fire stove
Owner agreed to early check in because my family was arriving to Denver late night, like about 11 pm. All was well, but the owner was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor when we arrived. He said we werenât supposed to be there until the following day at 4
The house was adequate for our stay. The sink in the master bathroom was too small to wash your face adequately. There were only 4 spoons so we had to keep washing spoons. The location was great. There was easy walking access to shopping and dining. The bus stop for the airport bus was just across the street.
This house was perfect for our visit to Boulder for a wedding. We were three adults plus three kids and there was plenty of room - though definitely note the pictures of one of the bedrooms, it is a daybed, a couch, and a separate twin mattress. My two boys were totally comfortable but I did want to point that out that adults might prefer a larger bed. We loved the hot tub and the space in general was overall perfect. The location is incredibly convenient - about 10-15 minutes to Pearl St., a short drive to several amazing hikes - and has an awesome view out the front door. But do note it is right off of a fairly busy street (we weren't bothered by the noise or the location at all though). Communication with Patrick was great! Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely return when we're back in Boulder!
We couldnât stay due to the inside condition of the house. It was not messy but very dirty and had some safety issues. We immediately contacted Pat. He came over, we showed him the problems and he agreed it was bad. He as gracious and kindly canceled our booking for us. Pat is working on fixing the issues.
We had a nice stay at Patrickâs place and he was always available if we needed anything. I appreciated the fenced in yard as we had our dogs with us. There is a nice trail towards the end of the street that we enjoyed walking along. You can get anywhere in Boulder quickly from this location. Thanks, Patrick!
The house is a cute one. Would have been perfect had the hot tub not broke the day we arrived. The cleanliness of the place was a surface clean only. There was a lot of dog hair every where on the floor and all the bedding. Other than those two things the place was close to a grocery store, gas station and snarfs a great sandwich shop.
Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location on Broadway to reach Pearl St or take the Bear Creek trail anywhere in Boulder.
Backyard some tall thistles, hanging pots with no plants, hot tub not working, wet clothes in washer and dryer, throw rug wet, strong smell, no room in closets or doors do not open. Retainer found in bathroom. Location very accessible to everything. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes.
This was a great location for a family with 3 runners, easy to run to parks or college. Close to stores, Pearl St, mountains and parks. We loved using the hot tub in the evening. Great place. The owner is friendly and easy to work with.
We had a great stay at this home. Patrick was welcoming and very responsive to any inquiries. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Boulder.
Patrick was a great host. It was a good three bedroom with good space. It was dated with a few issues with air conditioning system that Patrick addressed. It was very convenient for all the activities we planned, and the hot tub was a hit with the kids and great for after the Ironman race. The main road that it is next too was noisy with traffic, but after a few days, we got used to it.
This was a great place for the three of us to stay the week of my daughter's wedding. It definitely could have accommodated more people. Pat, the owner was very responsive and provided some ideas for things to do during our stay.
Location was very convenient for CU graduation. We were not able to take advantage of the nice back yard including hot tub but the master bedroom and both bathroom were not very clean. House had a cooped up musty smell. Linens were not new or nice. To be fair the listing did not mention much about the condition of the home just location and view. It did not even have pictures. The other two bedrooms had old futons, maybe OK for kids. we presumed the place would be nicer I guess. Not what we were expecting. Host was prompt with info and getting in and out was fine. Master bathroom looked like a converted closet?
We loved our stay for the 5 of us - great location & Pat was a gracious host & helped during our Check-In & was responsive with his communication. Plenty of towels, comfy beds & a well-stocked kitchen. (We couldn't find a toaster, which would be a good addition, but we made do.)
A few minor upgrades would make this a top-notch property! Overall, I'd recommend it.
